1. Application with address,Phone number and email id of the applicant

2. Self attested copy of Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate

3. Fee remitted Challan

Fee Structure

1. Rs. 860+50 (Tapal Fee) for programmes like B.Tech/M.Tech/MBBS &M.D/ BDS/ MDS/ LLB/LLM/ BAMS &

   PG / B.Ed/B.Arch/M.Arch/Nursing/ B.Pharm/ BPED/ MPED/MLT/ Medical BioChemistry and Medical

   Microbiology

    

2. Rs 615+ 50 (Tapal Fee) for all programmes other than mentioned above.
